Biography
Sara brings nearly two decades of experience as the office manager of Rustic Carpentry, her husband’s home-building business, as well as ten years of digital marketing and analytics experience to the team at Carey & Giampa. Born and raised in New England, she has lived in the area since 2005 after five years away in the yachting industry. She feels very lucky to call the Seacoast her home and is eager to help others do the same.
Her years of working on yachts enabled her to learn what silver service entails in all aspects of a working relationship. She pays close attention to detail, is technology-savvy, and is an effective communicator; all contributing to her clients’ success in the real estate market.
She and her husband, Ed enjoy trying to keep up with their three active kids, mountain biking, saltwater fishing, snowboarding and hiking. As a property owner in both York and Portsmouth, Sara‘s knowledge about life on the Seacoast is comprehensive.
Sara is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is ready to share her skills with home buyers & sellers in New Hampshire and Maine.
